2. To obtain a visa, submit original passport along with the visa invitation letter at your country's Indian embassy. Generally a medical visa is granted for 3 months.
  - “Medical-visa (M-visa)” is granted to patients travelling to India for medical treatment
  - “Miscellaneous visa (MX-visa)” is granted to the attendant accompanying the patient

Plan arrival

For an IPS team member to pick you up from the airport, we need your flight tickets at least 48 hours in advance. We shall confirm pickup details 24 hours in advance.
An ambulance/ICU ambulance/car shall be sent depending on the patient’s medical condition

Safety and security

At Moolchand, you can count on patient safety and security. The entire campus is under continuous CCTV surveillance and is covered by security staff.

Admission and discharge

If our doctors feel that you are in normal health condition and are ready to fly back, you will be discharged from the hospital with a Fit to Fly certificate
Proper care instructions and medication regime along with prescriptions for continued care is explained to you
