First Timer

If you are visiting Moolchand for the first time, you will be asked to fill in a registration form. If you are a corporate or institutional patient, please carry a copy of relevant documents with you. An HUID no. will be issued to you. Save this number for future reference.

Follow up

If you are an existing patient at Moolchand, simply use/flash your HUID no. at the Moolchand Front Desk or while booking an appointment. There is no need to carry your previous prescriptions. We maintain an electronic record (EMR) of your previous visits.

Our admission process is fairly simple and fast. We recommend the following steps to help you experience our special “Moolchand Care”.

• Our physician fills up the form entailing your proposed treatment plan and hospital stay details.
• The form helps us prepare ourselves better for your stay.
• The same form is sent to your TPA/insurance company for pre-authorization purposes.

• Choose amongst our available suites of rooms (Presidential suite, VIP suite, Single room, Twin sharing, Multi bedded). For a walkthrough, contact Moolchand Front Office.
• We upgrade you if your booked category is unavailable without any extra charges till the time your booked category is not available.

• Corporate: Referral letter from your employer stating all relevant details
• Institutions (Working): Referral/permission letter from authorized signatory and a copy of employee ID (along with original)
• Institutions (Retired) : Referral/permission letter, emergency letter from authorized signatory and a copy of employee ID (along with original)
• TPA/insurance: Insurance card and preauthorization from TPA/insurance company

• A non refundable advance deposit is required to be paid, which will be adjusted against your final bill.
• Cash: Rs. 10,000-15,000 depending on chosen room category
• TPA/insurance: Rs. 10,000

*Institutions refer to ECHS/CGHS/DGEHS and Haryana Govt.

Our discharge process has been simplified. Experience hassle free stay at Moolchand.

• Our physician in consultation with you initiates discharge. If you want to extend your stay at Moolchand, please tell your physician.
• Discharges are planned in advance. Ensure that your physician has indicated Nursing Team of your discharge by 8 pm, a day before discharge. This helps us plan and organize your discharge ahead of time. If needed, your physician might want to monitor you for a few more hours before he nods for discharge. In such cases, he might instruct for discharge in the morning.
• We have designed our process to reduce discharge formalities and time. As discharge involves coordination and inputs from more than one department and at times may involve corporates/ TPA/Insurance companies, it still takes time. Please be patient.

• Cash, corporate and institutions patients: Avg. 4-5 hours
• TPA/insurance patients: Avg. 6-8 hours. Please get in touch with your TPA/insurance company to process approvals in a timely manner so as to minimize your discharge time.

• Once final bill is ready, it is sent to your room. Settle dues at the Moolchand Front Office.
• Payment methods available:

• Card payments may attract bank charges.
• Cash payments are limited upto 2 lacs/bill/admission as per Govt. of India announcement. Maintain adequate advance through other payment modes (demand draft, online transfers, etc.) to avoid delay/inconvenience.
• Online transfer details

• After online transfer, email patient name, HUID and payment advise to clinic@moolchandhealthcare.com for us to reconcile payments.
• All payments made to Billing Team at Moolchand Front Office are supported by system generated receipts. Moolchand only takes responsibility of such receipts. In case you are not provided one, please report immediately at +91 11 4200 0000.

• A discharge summary is handed over to you with post discharge instructions and medicines. You will be provided a number to call if you have any questions.
• Ensure you are given a follow-up appointment (doctor, date and time)
• In birthing/death cases, please ensure you are handed over an Acknowledgement
